3. 曲目资料
我们尽力提高曲目名称、作品号、调性、年份、体裁及其他资料的准确性，但无法保证所有内容始终完整、准确或适用于特定学术、出版、考试及演出目的。重要信息请以权威乐谱、出版社资料或相关机构公告为准。
4. Apple Music
推荐录音、曲目元数据及播放由 Apple Music 和 MusicKit 提供。相关内容的可用性可能因地区、账户、订阅、版权许可或 Apple 服务调整而变化。使用 Apple Music 时，你还须遵守 Apple 的服务条款。
5. 免费使用
本应用目前免费提供，不含广告、订阅或应用内购买。我们可能改进、调整或停止部分功能；如果未来商业模式发生变化，会在适用规则要求的范围内提前说明。
6. 合理使用
你可以将本应用用于个人学习、教学准备和曲目管理。不得：
- 逆向工程、恶意干扰或破坏本应用及其服务；

- 冒充 Melo Studio 或错误暗示与相关机构存在合作关系。
7. 知识产权
本应用的软件、界面、品牌、图标及原创内容归 Melo Studio 或相应权利人所有。作曲家姓名、作品资料、专辑封面、录音及第三方商标分别属于其合法权利人。
8. 免责声明
本应用按“现状”提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，Melo Studio 不对资料遗漏、服务中断、第三方内容变化、设备或网络问题，以及因依赖本应用资料产生的间接损失承担责任。
9. 终止
如你违反本条款，我们可以在合理范围内限制你使用未来提供的在线服务。你可以随时停止使用并卸载本应用。
10. 条款更新
我们可能因功能、法律或服务变化更新本条款。继续使用更新后的应用，即表示接受修订后的条款。

1. Acceptance
Welcome to Piano Repertoire. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
2. Nature of the product
The App is an informational tool for browsing, organizing, and saving piano repertoire. Features include composer indexes, work information, favorites, learning status, recently viewed works, and recommended recordings.
The App is not an official product of any publisher, examination board, conservatory, or Apple Music, and no endorsement or affiliation is implied.
3. Repertoire information
We work to improve the accuracy of titles, opus numbers, keys, dates, genres, and other metadata, but cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or suitable for academic, publishing, examination, or performance purposes. Verify important details with authoritative scores, publishers, or institutions.
4. Apple Music
Recommended recordings, music metadata, and playback are provided through Apple Music and MusicKit. Availability may change based on region, account, subscription, licensing, or changes to Apple services. Your use of Apple Music is also subject to Apple's terms.
5. Free use
The App is currently free and contains no advertising, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features. If the business model changes in the future, notice will be provided where required.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the App for personal learning, teaching preparation, and repertoire management. You may not:
- reverse engineer, disrupt, or damage the App or its services;
- scrape, copy, or republish the database at scale without permission;
- use the App for unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent activity;
- impersonate Melo Studio or falsely claim an affiliation with another organization.
7. Intellectual property
The App's software, interface, branding, icons, and original content belong to Melo Studio or their respective rights holders. Composer names, repertoire information, album artwork, recordings, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melo Studio is not responsible for metadata omissions, service interruptions, changes to third-party content, device or network issues, or indirect loss resulting from reliance on App information.
9. Termination
If you violate these terms, we may reasonably restrict access to future online services. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these terms in response to product, legal, or service changes. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
