Piano Repertoire（以下简称“本应用”）由 Melo Studio 提供，是一款面向钢琴学习者与音乐人的曲目资料库。我们尊重并保护你的隐私。本政策说明本应用如何处理信息。
本应用无需注册账户，不包含广告，不使用统计分析、用户追踪或第三方崩溃收集服务。
2. 本地保存的数据
为了提供核心功能，本应用会在你的设备本地保存：
- 收藏的作品；
- 学习状态，例如“待学习、学习中、已掌握”；
- 最近浏览记录；
- 语言、主题及其他应用偏好。
上述数据不会上传至 Melo Studio 的服务器。
3. Apple Music
当你使用推荐录音与播放功能时，本应用会通过 Apple 提供的 MusicKit 和 Apple Music 服务请求授权、查询曲目元数据并播放内容。Apple Music 的可用性取决于你的地区、Apple 账户、授权状态及有效订阅。
相关数据由 Apple 按其隐私政策和服务条款处理。Melo Studio 不会取得你的 Apple ID 密码，也不会保存你的完整 Apple Music 账户资料或播放历史。
4. 网络访问
本应用可能访问网络以读取 Apple Music 的曲目、专辑、演奏者信息及封面图片。除 Apple 提供服务所必需的请求外，本应用不会将你的收藏或学习状态发送给第三方。
5. 分析、广告与收费
- 不使用统计分析或行为追踪服务；
- 不使用第三方崩溃收集服务；
- 不展示广告；
- 不包含订阅、应用内购买或其他收费功能；
- 不出售或出租个人信息。
6. 数据管理
你可以在应用内取消收藏、清除学习状态，并通过卸载应用移除本地数据。卸载应用通常会删除保存在设备上的应用数据，但系统备份行为由 Apple 和你的设备设置控制。
7. 未成年人
本应用不以收集未成年人个人信息为目的。由于无需账户且数据默认仅保存在本地，我们不会主动收集用户年龄或身份信息。
8. 政策更新
如果产品功能或数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本政策及“最后更新”日期。重大变化会在合理范围内通过应用或网站说明。

1. Overview
Piano Repertoire (the “App”) is provided by Melo Studio as a repertoire library for pianists and music learners. This policy explains how the App handles information.
The App requires no account, contains no advertising, and uses no analytics, behavioral tracking, or third-party crash collection service.
2. Data stored locally
To provide its core features, the App stores the following on your device:
- favorite works;
- learning status, such as To Learn, Learning, and Mastered;
- recently viewed items;
- language, theme, and other preferences.
This data is not uploaded to Melo Studio servers.
3. Apple Music
When you use recommended recordings or playback, the App uses Apple Music and MusicKit to request authorization, retrieve music metadata, and play content. Availability depends on your region, Apple account, authorization status, and an eligible subscription.
Apple processes related data under its own privacy policy and terms. Melo Studio does not receive your Apple ID password and does not store your complete Apple Music account information or listening history.
4. Network access
The App may access the network to retrieve Apple Music track, album, artist, and artwork information. Other than requests needed to provide Apple services, the App does not send your favorites or learning status to third parties.
5. Analytics, advertising, and payment
- No analytics or behavioral tracking;
- No third-party crash collection;
- No advertising;
- No subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid features;
- No sale or rental of personal information.
6. Managing your data
You can remove favorites and clear learning status in the App, and you can remove local data by uninstalling the App. Uninstalling the App will generally remove locally stored app data, although device backups are controlled by Apple and your system settings.
7. Children
The App is not designed to collect personal information from children. Because no account is required and data remains local by default, we do not actively collect age or identity information.
8. Changes
We may update this policy if product features or data handling change. The revised policy will include a new effective date, and material changes will be communicated through the App or website when reasonable.
